What services do you offer?
We offer paediatric consultations and the services listed on our Services page.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book Appointment button on this website. It lists our doctors. For Dr. P. Rajesh Khanna it opens Docterz, where you can choose a time. Clinic visits are paid at the clinic. Online consultations are paid online. To book with Dr. Y. Ramya Madhuri, please contact our customer care at +91 81251 09922 or support@jolydoc.com.
Can I request a specific doctor when booking my appointment?
Yes. Please tell us which doctor you would like to see. Availability depends on the doctor's schedule.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Walk-ins depend on doctor availability. Booking in advance reduces waiting time.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Online video consultations with Dr. P. Rajesh Khanna are booked and paid online through Docterz. Timings are Monday to Saturday 9 to 10 AM and 7 to 8 PM, and Sunday 10 to 11 AM and 7 to 8 PM. You will receive a confirmation and the video-call link from Docterz after payment.
Which clinics does Dr. Khanna consult at?
Jolydoc in Jubilee Hills, Isha Kids Clinic in Banjara Hills, KIMS Cuddles Hospital in Kondapur, and online. See the timings table on the home page.
Do you have a pharmacy and a laboratory?
Yes. Jolydoc Pharmacy is in the same building as the clinic, and the clinic is a sample collection point for all investigations.
